Return / Refund Policy
You can return your items for a refund within 30-days from the date your order was ordered.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
Items must be in original, unused condition. Please be careful when opening items so as not to damage the material.
Refunds not applicable for sale items, store credit only.
If the item being returned does not comply with the above standards, the customer will be contacted directly.
Postage charges are not refunded.

Request a return. Ensure you include your name and order number.
Returns are processed within 30 business days of being received by our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you receive a confirmation email.
Please ensure you keep your tracking number and all relevant information to ensure your return makes it back to our warehouse. All Things Beach Co is not liable if the package becomes lost in transit.
Please contact hello@allthingsbeachco.com.au regarding faulty items. In order for us to process your warranty claim, you must provide images of the fault and a description identifying the issue.
Our customer care team process your claim within 2 business days.
Our team work hard to ensure the accuracy of all orders, but we're all human and mistakes can happen.
If you receive an item that is different to what you ordered, please contact our customer care team hello@allthingsbeach.co. com.au with your order number and the images of the item you did receive.
Once we have idea of the situation, we will get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
All full price items can be returned within 30 days of your order date for a refund.
Funds generally take 3-5 business days to clear back into the original payment method used to place the order.
Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 12 months from date of issue. Store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Please note that a store credit does not include any previous shipping charges.
As this is a luxury beach umbrella, you will have a 12 month warranty on your umbrella should something outside of reasonable wear and tear occur. Photos of the product must be sent to hello@allthingsbeachco.com.au to assess first and product must have been looked after in appropriate manner to be considered.
Gift cards and store credit cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Valid 12 months from date of issue.
